Every founding pilot is designed to produce evidence your executive and council can rely on, without Retento ever holding your student records.
01
Students in the pilot cohort are randomly assigned to be invited to Retento or to a comparison group that receives your usual support. Where random assignment isn't possible, we agree a matched comparison group up front.
02
Reach, opt-in, response, time to a person, and outcomes by support area. These come straight from the platform.
03
Retention is measured by your institution, not by Retento. We give you pilot IDs and group labels; you match them to your own records and share only group-level results. Retento never receives enrolment records.
04
Results are reported with 95% confidence intervals and the method in full. We don't claim Retento caused a change unless the design supports it.
